Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Fresher / Less than 3 Months Experience)

Location: All over Andhra Pradesh & Telangana
Posting: Within a 10 km radius of candidate’s hometown

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: 10th Pass / Intermediate / Degree

• Age Limit: 19 to 35 years

• Experience: Freshers or candidates with less than 3 months of experience

Other Requirements

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license

• Must own an Android smartphone

Compensation Details

• Annual CTC (City Locations): ₹2,52,000

• Monthly Take-Home (Post Deductions): ₹16,800

• Performance Incentives: Up to ₹1,44,000 per annum (based on beat visits and targets)

Job Role & Responsibilities

1. Merchant Revisits

• Revisit merchants who have stopped using PayTM QR

• Encourage continued usage

• ✅ 0.5 points per successful revisit

2. New Onboardings

• Install PayTM Soundbox in shops

• Ensure activation and merchant training

• ✅ 3 points per successful Soundbox installation

3. Loan Promotion

• Promote PayTM’s customized merchant loan products

• Explain pre-approved loan offers and disbursement process

• ✅ 4 points per loan explanation

• ✅ 4 points per pre-approved loan explanation

4. Insurance Products

• Market PayTM Health Insurance for individuals

• Promote Shop Insurance for merchants (fire, theft, natural disaster coverage)

5. PayTM EDC Machine Sales

• Promote and install PayTM Card Swipe Machines (EDC)

• Target retailers, traders, service providers, etc.

• ✅ 30 points per successful EDC machine installation

Training & Onboarding

• Day 1: Online induction

• Days 2–4: Field training with senior mentor

• Zone allocation near candidate’s local area (within 10 km)
