Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team PAYTM. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth.

Job Description

Identify, approach, and onboard new merchants for Paytm QR and Soundbox in the assigned area.

Demonstrate product benefits and explain pricing/plans to merchants.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and installation targets.

Ensure timely activation of QR codes and Soundbox devices for merchants.

Maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Collect KYC documents and ensure compliance with company policies.

Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights to the sales manager.

Handle basic troubleshooting and support for merchants post-installation.

Participate in promotional activities and field campaigns to generate leads.

Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
