Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to join Paytm . The ideal has Visit shops, vendors, fuel stations, and merchants in your assigned area and sell and install Paytm products:

Key Responsibilities:

Visit shops, vendors, fuel stations, and merchants in your assigned area.

Sell and install Paytm products:

Products Executive have to sell :

· QR Codes

· Soundbox Devices

· EDC/Card Swipe Machines

Roles and Responsibilities :

· Onboard merchants by explaining product features and completing KYC formalities.

· Train merchants on how to use the devices and apps effectively.

· Ensure smooth delivery, activation, and after-sales support.

· Submit daily sales reports and customer feedback to the team.

💼 Eligibility Criteria:

Education: 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream)

Experience:

· Freshers can apply

· 0.3 to 1 year in any field sales is preferred

· Gender: Male candidates preferred due to on-field mobility

· Must be willing to travel within local towns and streets for merchant visits.

⏰ Working Days & Hours:

6 Days Working (Sunday Off)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

💰 Salary & Incentives:

Base Salary (CTC): ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (It will be a pure commission base salary)

Incentives Structure (Updated):

· Earn ₹100 per QR Code Sale

· Earn up to 80% commission on Soundbox and EDC machine sale value

· Total monthly earnings are variable and based on performance

· Minimum of 5 Activities in a day is required (whether in sales or service)

· You have to sell 10 EDC, 7 Soundbox and 20 QR for the acheivement of your sales

Self-motivated and target-driven

Basic knowledge of smartphones and apps

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
