5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain records of daily visits, client meetings, and sales activities.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to the Sales Manager.
Ensure accurate documentation of client details and order information.
6. Coordination & Teamwork
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, delivery, finance) to ensure smooth order processing.
Support team initiatives and participate in promotional campaigns or field activities.
7. Compliance & Professionalism
Follow company policies, ethics, and code of conduct during all client interactions.
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.
