Field Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven female sales representative to join our team for field sales of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) products in Indore. This role involves direct customer engagement, retail outlet visits, and driving sales growth through effective relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to retail outlets, supermarkets, and distribution points across Indore

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key customers

• Promote and sell FMCG product range through product demonstrations and presentations

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities

• Ensure proper product placement and visibility at retail points

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide after-sales support

• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports

• Participate in promotional activities and marketing campaigns
