Position: Field Sales Executive

### Key Responsibilities:

Visit potential clients daily to promote and explain our company’s •Digital Marketing services••.

Achieve the •daily target of 5 new client meetings••.

• Generate leads and convert them into sales.

• Maintain daily records of client visits and submit performance reports.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term collaboration.

### Requirements:

• Must own a two-wheeler vehicle for field visits.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Ability to work under strict performance rules.

• Previous sales experience will be an added advantage.

### Compensation & Benefits:

• Target-Based Salary (strictly performance-driven).

• Incentives for achieving and exceeding targets.

• Salary deductions will be applied if daily targets are not met.
