Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Male and Female Sales Promoters to represent a leading IMFL (Indian Made Foreign Liquor) brand across on-shop outlets in Kolkata and surrounding suburbs.

This is a contractual position, suitable for individuals who are passionate about brand promotion, customer engagement, and working in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote the brand and its portfolio at assigned retail/on-shop outlets

• Engage with customers and drive product awareness, visibility & trials

• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure stock availability

• Share product features, price points, and ongoing promotions clearly with customers

• Collect customer feedback and provide daily reports to the supervisor

• Female promoters will be specifically deployed at on-premise outlets (e.g., bars, lounges)

• Ensure adherence to hygiene, grooming and brand etiquette

• May be required to work late evenings, weekends, or festive days as per store timings

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age: 21–30 years

• Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass)

• Prior experience in retail sales, liquor promotion, or FMCG will be preferred

• Good communication skills (basic English and Bengali/Hindi)

• Presentable appearance and confident personality

• Should be punctual, well-behaved, and professional

• Must be comfortable with flexible shifts and standing for long hours

Remuneration:

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience & skill)
Incentives may be offered based on performance and sales targets.
