What You'll Do

Build and grow dealer/distributor networks
Engage contractors and masons through demos & site meets
Drive secondary sales and ensure visibility at counters
Track market insights—pricing, schemes, and competitor activity
Maintain beat plans, call reports, and CRM hygiene

1–4 years in building materials/FMCG preferred
Strong field discipline & communication skills
Two-wheeler and readiness for 80% field travel
