📌 Job Role

Assigned area में जाकर ग्राहकों से मिलना

Pending payments की जानकारी देना

Company के dues collect करना

Company policies के अनुसार काम करना

📋 Key Responsibilities

Customers से overdue payments collect करना

Outstanding amount और payment options समझाना

Daily collection reports maintain करना

Cash / Cheques company policy के अनुसार जमा करना

Backend / CRM team के साथ coordination रखना

Company guidelines और recovery process follow करना

Customers के साथ अच्छा relationship maintain करना

Daily, Weekly और Monthly targets achieve करना

🎓 Required Qualification

Minimum 10th / 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)

Good communication skills (Local language)

Smartphone use की basic knowledge

Two-wheeler और valid driving license (Preferred)

Honest और target oriented candidate

Immediate joining preferred

MFI Loan की basic knowledge होना अच्छा रहेगा

💰 Salary & Benefits

₹13,000 / Month + ₹3,000 TA
