Job Description

Job Title: Field Sales Executive – B2B

Location: Howrah-Hooghly

Key ResponsibilitiesDrive B2B field sales of lithium-ion batteries for e-rickshaws.
Develop and manage relationships with e-rickshaw dealers, distributors, and fleet owners.
Identify new dealer partners and fleet operators to expand the sales network.
Coordinate with finance partners to enable battery financing for dealer and fleet customers.
Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and close sales.
Achieve monthly B2B sales targets and dealer onboarding goals.
Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and provide after-sales coordination.
RequirementsExperience in the EV industry is mandatory (preferably e-rickshaw or lithium battery sector).
Proven experience in B2B field sales and dealer network development.
Understanding of battery or vehicle financing coordination is an added advantage.
Must have own bike and valid driving license for field work.
Strong knowledge of the local Howrah-Hooghly dealers and EV market.
