Field Sales Executive

● Salary :  Salary + 4k petrol allowance + incentives based on performance  per month (based on experience)

● In this Role you will 

● Visit customer location, convince and convert leads assigned by the company to avail Oro’s gold loan products. 

● Be responsible for lead generation 

● Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

● Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos for customers and relay objection handling 

● Convince prospective clients through reassurance - Highly persuasive 

● Maintain working relationships with existing customers to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities. 

What we're looking for in a candidate 

● Languages - Hindi and English are a must. Other languages are an added bonus 

● Good communication, presentation and retention skills 

● A knack for establishing rapport with customers 

● Good communication and presentation skills. 

● Dynamic, persuasive, self-initiator and result-oriented 

● Must have a bike to travel
