Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans to promote products/services.

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends.

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO, paid ads).

• Create engaging content for social media, website, and promotional materials.

• Manage branding, PR activities, and event promotions.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports with recommendations.

• Support sales team with marketing materials and lead generation activities.

• Ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in [industry, e.g., hospitality, eCommerce, B2B trading].

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, email marketing).

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving ability.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (CRM, analytics tools).
