
Roles and Responsibilities:
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable banking products.
Sell bank products such as savings accounts, loans, credit cards, insurance, and other services.
Achieve monthly sales targets and generate new business for the bank.
This is a field sales role, so regular travel is required.
Visit rural areas and villages to meet customers and promote bank products.
Handle customer queries and provide proper support.
Ensure proper documentation and follow bank policies.
Maintain records of customer visits and sales activities.
