The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for visiting vendors within the assigned area, pitching our new financial product, and facilitating QR code installation. The role involves conducting KYC for vendors, guiding them on QR code usage, and ensuring smooth onboarding. KYC updates are required on a monthly basis.
Visit vendors within the designated area to introduce and promote the financial product.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits of using the QR code for transactions.
Facilitate the installation of QR codes at the vendor's location.
Complete KYC documentation and ensure compliance with company policies (updated monthly).
Train vendors on QR code usage and provide ongoing support as needed.
Collect feedback from vendors and report it to the management for further improvements.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Maintain accurate records of visits, installations, and vendor feedback.
Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic understanding of financial products and QR code technology.
Willingness to travel extensively within the designated area.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
