We are looking for energetic and confident Field Sales Executives who can promote our products in the market, meet potential customers, generate leads, and convert them into successful sales. The candidate should be comfortable with field visits and capable of building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Visit customers, shops, businesses, and potential clients in assigned areas
Promote and explain company products/services
Generate new leads through field marketing and references
Convert leads into confirmed sales/orders
Meet daily and monthly sales targets
Build long-term relationships with customers
Follow up with interested clients regularly
Submit daily visit and sales reports
Coordinate with internal team for order processing and support

Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Ability to close deals and lock clients
- Comfortable with field work and traveling
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
- Bike and smartphone preferred
