The ideal candidate will have prior field sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong drive to achieve targets.---Key Responsibilities:Identify and onboard new merchants for EDC card swipe machines and QR sound boxes.Manage end-to-end sales activities, from lead generation to closure.Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and business partners.Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets.Provide accurate market feedback and competitor insights to management.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service.---Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).Strong field sales expertise with good negotiation and communication skills.Minimum 6 months of field sales experience.---Preferred Skills:Prior experience in EDC sales, QR Sound Box sales, and merchant onboarding.Knowledge of POS terminals and digital payment solutions.Ability to work independently and handle merchant relationships effectively.---Perks & Benefits:Attractive incentives and performance bonuses.Career growth opportunities (Sr. Executive / Group Leader).Training and development support.
