Job Description

Paytm Field Sales Executives (FSE) sell Soundbox devices and QR codes directly to merchants, focusing on lead generation, on-site product demonstrations, and onboarding new clients. The role requires daily market visits to onboard merchants, drive high-volume sales, and achieve targets, with income primarily driven by incentives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Market Visits: Plan and execute local market visits to identify new merchants and close sales.

Product Sales & Deployment: Sell, install, and configure Paytm Soundboxes and Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machines (card swipes).

Merchant Onboarding: Onboard merchants by performing necessary KYC documentation and product training.

Customer Support: Revisit existing merchants to ensure high retention and provide support, enhancing customer satisfaction.

Achieve Targets: Meet daily/monthly sales goals for payments solutions and financial products.

Requirements

Minimum 12th pass with a smartphone, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and a bank account.

A two-wheeler with a valid driver’s license is generally required for field work.

Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
