Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive for our agriculture product distribution business. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling agricultural products such as pgr , fertilizers, and pesticides to farmers, retailers, and distributors in the assigned area.

Language - Marathi english

Key Responsibilities:

Visit farmers, dealers, and distributors in the assigned area.

Develop and maintain good relationships with customers.

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Provide product information and guidance to farmers.

Collect market feedback and report to the company.

Requirements:

Education: 12th /Graduate / Diploma in Agriculture or any field.

Experience: 0–1 years in field sales (Agriculture sector preferred).

Good communication and marketing skills.

Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Salary: 8000 to 10000
