1. Minimum 1-5 years of experience in direct/channel sales & marketing.

2. Experience in collection and auction will be preferred

3. Gold loan experience in previous assignment will be preferred.

4. Sales process management in FMCG/ Direct sales company

5. Basic Knowledge in Gold loan process understanding

6. BTL Marketing activity

7. Process understanding ,KYC Knowledge ,Understanding of the documentation required, Product
