We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team at Fliksoft Private Limited. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach prospective customers such as retail stores, traders, manufacturers, distributors, and service businesses.
Conduct field visits to generate new business opportunities.
Explain Tally Software features, benefits, and pricing plans to clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Tally solutions.
Prepare and submit sales proposals and quotations.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with the technical support team for implementation and customer onboarding.
Maintain daily sales activity reports and update CRM records.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets gement regularly.
Maintain and grow the client database effectively.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 1 - 4 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
