Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities1. Government Sector – Field Sales

• Regularly visit Government Departments, Government Offices, Corporations, Boards, and Institutions.

• Identify upcoming requirements, projects, events, tenders, and service opportunities.

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with government officials and relevant contacts.

• Understand client requirements and communicate suitable company services.

• Generate leads and convert opportunities into business.

• Follow up on quotations, proposals, work orders, and project requirements.

• Maintain proper records of government-sector leads and follow-ups.

2. Event Coordination

• Identify upcoming Government, Corporate, Social, Cultural, and Institutional Events.

• Coordinate with clients and event organizers regarding photography, videography, live coverage, LED walls, webcasting, manpower, and other requirements.

• Conduct site visits and understand event requirements.

• Coordinate with internal teams for equipment, technical requirements, manpower, and logistics.

• Ensure smooth coordination before, during, and after events.

• Handle client communication and resolve basic operational issues during events.

3. Manpower Coordination

• Understand manpower requirements for different projects and events.

• Coordinate deployment of camera operators, photographers, videographers, technical staff, and other manpower.

• Ensure required manpower reaches the assigned location on time.

• Coordinate with the Operations/Camera Coordination team for staff allocation.

• Track attendance, deployment, and availability of manpower during events.

• Immediately communicate manpower-related issues to management.

4. Sales & Business Development

• Generate new leads through field visits, networking, references, calls, and market research.

• Prepare and share quotations in coordination with the concerned department.

• Follow up regularly with prospective and existing clients.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales and business development targets.

• Maintain daily visit and sales activity reports.

• Develop long-term relationships with clients and generate repeat business.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Field Sales / Event Coordination.

• Experience working with Government Departments or Government-sector clients will be highly preferred.

• Experience in the Event, Media, Photography, Videography, Advertising, or Manpower industry will be an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.

• Good networking and relationship-building ability.

• Comfortable with extensive field visits.

• Must be willing to travel within Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, and nearby locations.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
