Job Title: Field Relationship Manager​

Position Type: Full-Time​

Salary: ₹21,000 (In-Hand)​

PF: ₹3,600​

Petrol Allowance: ₹200 per day​

Incentives: Up to ₹15,000/month based on performance​

Job Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented individuals for the role of Field Relationship

Manager. You will be responsible for visiting customer locations, verifying property details, and ensuring end-to-end deal closures by interacting with both tenants and property owners.

Key Responsibilities:

●​ Visit customer locations regularly as per the leads provided by the company.​

●​ Interact and coordinate with both tenants and property owners to finalize rental

agreements.​

●​ Convince and negotiate with both parties to successfully close the deal.​

●​ Verify newly posted properties by cross-checking photos uploaded by owners and

ensuring authenticity.​

●​ Maintain proper documentation and daily visit reports.​

●​ Achieve weekly/monthly targets set by the team.​Eligibility Criteria:

●​ 6 months to 2 years of experience in a field sales or client-facing role.​

●​ Must have a bike and valid driving license.​

●​ Should be comfortable with field travel up to 80 km per day.​

●​ Immediate joiners preferred (Notice period 0–7 days).​
