Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

The Field Painting Supervisor is responsible for visiting client locations to assess painting needs, providing accurate quotations, managing the painting team to ensure timely and quality completion of projects, and collecting customer feedback post-completion. This role combines technical knowledge of painting with project and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit client locations to inspect the area requiring painting and accurately measure the surface.

• Prepare detailed quotations based on inspection, materials required, and labor.

• Coordinate and manage a team of painters, assigning tasks and ensuring work is done according to specifications.

• Oversee the painting process on-site to maintain quality and safety standards.

• Address any issues or concerns during the project to ensure smooth workflow.

• Communicate with clients throughout the project to provide updates and manage expectations.

• Collect feedback from clients after job completion to ensure satisfaction.

• Maintain records of quotations, work progress, and client communications.

• Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are properly managed and maintained
