Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Painting Sales Expert
Location: Bangalore
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Week Off: Rotational (Any day between Monday – Thursday)

Job Description

We are looking for a Painting Sales Expert who will visit customer locations, understand their painting requirements, and convert leads into confirmed painting orders.

The company will provide interested customer leads, and the candidate will be responsible for visiting the site, assessing the requirement, explaining quotations, and closing the sale.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customer locations based on leads provided by the company.

• Understand the customer’s painting requirements.

• Take accurate measurements of the property for painting work.

• Enter property measurements and details in the company’s painting application.

• Generate and explain the painting quotation to customers.

• Address customer queries and build trust.

• Convert leads into confirmed painting orders.

• Ensure smooth coordination with the internal team after order confirmation.

Eligibility

• Any sales experience preferred (Field sales experience is an added advantage).

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable with field visits and customer interaction.

• Basic knowledge of using mobile applications.

Salary & Benefits

• Take Home Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

• Fuel Allowance: ₹60 per customer visit

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
