We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team at Nj India Invest Private Limited. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹22,000 - ₹27,000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and meet potential leads who want to be entrepreneurs, explain the business opportunities, and convince them to start the Financial Products Distribution business and become a Financial Products Distributor / Partner.
Provide financial products training to Distributors for Business Development.
Plan activities and strategies for distributor business development.
Educate partners about the product portfolio and service offers, evaluate their sales performance, and recommend improvements.
Develop positive working relationships with partners to build business.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 3 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
