Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Fire & Safety Products
Job Overview:
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, building client relationships, and promoting fire and safety products such as fire extinguishers, alarms, hydrant systems, and personal protective equipment (PPE). This role involves regular field visits, client meetings, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory
Promote and sell fire & safety products to industries, offices, construction sites, and institutions
Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and recommend suitable safety solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations
Generate quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and installation
Stay updated on fire safety regulations and industry standards
Maintain daily sales reports and customer records
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not always mandatory)
Experience in field sales (preferably in industrial, safety, or technical products)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic technical understanding of fire safety equipment
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Willingness to travel frequently
Valid driving license (often required)
