Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell company products by visiting customers and generating new business opportunities. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to achieve sales targets through field activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential customers and promote company products/services.

• Generate new leads and convert them into sales.

• Maintain good relationships with existing clients.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct product presentations and explain product features to customers.

• Collect market and competitor information.

• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.

• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong sales and customer handling ability.

• Ability to work independently in field sales activities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred:

• Experience in field sales or marketing.

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
