We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Engineer to drive sales by identifying customer needs, presenting technical solutions, and building strong client relationships. The role involves regular field visits, coordination with internal teams, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and lead generation
Meet customers regularly to understand technical and commercial requirements
Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals and quotations
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned
Coordinate with application, projects, and service teams for solution finalization
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations at customer sites
Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and order closures
Maintain CRM/ERP records, sales reports, and customer data
Ensure timely payment collection and support accounts coordination
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Strong technical understanding of industrial / automation products
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently in the field
Customer-focused and target-driven mindset
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and ERP systems
Willingness to travel extensively
Diploma / BE / BTech in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation)
2–4 years of field sales experience in industrial or automation domain
