Role Summary:
As a Health Savings Officer, you will be the key enabler in helping clinic patients access benefits through OHMP—a health savings program offering cost advantages across consultations, diagnostics, pharmacy, and hospital services. You will drive OHMP enrollments through patient engagement, manage clinic-to-hospital facilitation, and support both internal and external sales initiatives through field outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. One Health Member Plan (OHMP) Awareness & Sales (Internal & External):
• Proactively engage clinic patients to promote OHMP, clearly explaining benefits and cost savings.
• Convert walk-in and follow-up patients into OHMP members through consistent counseling and follow-ups.
• Achieve assigned monthly OHMP sales targets and maintain accurate conversion records.
• Handle internal sales activities within the clinic and external sales through field outreach.
2. External Sales & Field Engagement:
• Conduct regular field visits to corporates, apartments, RWAs, and other community locations to generate leads and build partnerships.
• Engage in daily field visits for 2–3 hours as per the assigned outreach plan.
• Meet HR representatives, facility managers, apartment associations, and key decision-makers to promote clinic, hospital, and OHMP offerings.
• Coordinate with clinic and central teams to ensure timely follow-ups and conversion of field leads.
• Maintain records of field visits, meetings, leads generated, and conversions achieved, and share periodic reports with the reporting manager.
3. Athithi Desk Management (Clinic-to-Hospital Facilitation):
• Operate the Athithi Desk as the primary point of coordination for patients requiring hospital-based services.
• Facilitate smooth referrals to hospitals, ensuring correct specialist mapping and patient handover.
• Coordinate with hospital teams for appointments, feedback, and continuity of care.
• Support achievement of clinic-level referral and revenue targets.
4. Event Execution & Community Engagement:
• Participate in and support health camps, in-clinic activities, and external community events.
• Represent OHMP during events, drive awareness, and enroll interested participants.
• Track event-wise engagement and share outcome reports.
