Field Sales Executive

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Market Visit: Visit retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and assigned outlets daily to generate sales.

2. Product Sales: Promote and sell FMCG products such as food products, beverages, personal care, and household items.

3. Order Booking: Take orders from retailers and ensure regular product replenishment.

4. Distributor Management: Coordinate with distributors and sales teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

5. Market Expansion: Identify new retail outlets and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

6. Target Achievement: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

7. Product Visibility: Ensure proper product placement, shelf visibility, merchandising, and promotional displays at retail outlets.

8. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.

9. Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor products, pricing, schemes, and market activities.

10. Payment Collection: Follow up with retailers and distributors for outstanding payments, wherever applicable.

11. Reporting: Submit daily sales reports, market visit reports, order details, and competitor feedback to the reporting manager.

12. Scheme Execution: Communicate company offers, discounts, and promotional schemes to retailers.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; 12th pass may be considered depending on company policy.

• 1–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, field sales, retail sales, or distributor sales.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of retail markets, beat planning, and distribution channels.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

• Target-oriented and capable of working independently in the field.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred, depending on the role.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
