Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers within the assigned territory.

• Conduct field visits to promote products/services and close sales.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.

• Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.

• Handle client queries and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or a similar role (freshers may also apply).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.

Education

• Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline preferred.
