Job Title: Business Development Executive (Field-Based Profile)

Job Summary:

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to represent our university and acquire new clients through field-based work. As a Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and driving growth for our university. Key Responsibilities:

Represent the institution at educational fairs, workshops, and other events to promote programs and attract potential students.

Organize and participate in campus tours and information sessions.

Collaborate with academic departments and administrative staff to ensure a seamless admission process.

Sales Conversion, guide potential registrants through the enrollment process, aiming to convert leads into confirmed participants.

•              Must have Bachelors degree with 1 year of experience is must.

•              Experience in admissions counselling & outreach or a similar role in an educational institution.

•              Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

•                             

•              Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear and confident speaking voice.

•              Familiarity with basic computer applications

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the education sector.

- Skills:

    - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    - Strong business development and sales skills.

    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
