Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Google Pay Credit

Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our team to promote and onboard shopkeepers for Google Pay Loan services. The role involves building relationships with small and medium merchants, educating them about digital lending solutions, and driving loan adoption through Google Pay.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit local markets and identify eligible shopkeepers for Google Pay Loan services.

Educate merchants about loan products, repayment process, and benefits.

Assist shopkeepers in completing KYC and loan application processes.

Drive merchant engagement and resolve queries related to loans.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for shopkeeper acquisition and loan disbursal.

Maintain records of merchant interactions and share regular reports with the team.

Coordinate with backend/operations team for quick resolution of issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

Prior experience in field sales, fintech, or microfinance is an advantage.

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Comfortable with smartphone apps and digital payments.

Ability to travel locally and interact with shopkeepers daily.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
