• Visiting residential areas, businesses, or financial hubs to generate leads.

✅ Explaining Loan Features:

• Educating customers about loan terms, interest rates, repayment options, and benefits.

• Assisting customers with loan eligibility criteria and documentation requirements.

✅ Customer Relationship Management:

• Building long-term relationships with customers for repeat business.

• Providing personalized service to ensure customer satisfaction and trust.

✅ Assessing Gold & Loan Processing:

• Coordinating with loan processing teams for quick approvals.

• Guiding customers through the process of gold valuation and loan disbursement.

✅ Achieving Sales Targets:

• Meeting monthly or quarterly sales goals set by the company.

• Identifying new market opportunities to increase loan distribution.

✅ Field Visits & Market Expansion:

• Visiting different locations to promote gold loan services.

• Conducting awareness campaigns to improve brand presence.

✅ Ensuring Compliance:

• Following company policies and RBI guidelines related to gold loans.
