Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive with 0-2 years of experience in sales (real

estate or other industries). The ideal candidate should have a graduation degree , a valid bike

driving licence and own bike for fieldwork. Strong communication skills and a target-driven

attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and identify potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.

- Conduct property site visits and explain project details to clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

- Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to the sales manager.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements:

- Education: Graduation (Any Stream)

- Experience: Freshers to 2 years in field sales (real estate, B2C, BFSI, or other industries).

- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

- Mobility: Must have a two-wheeler (bike) and valid driving licence for field travel.
