Role Overview


As a Field Sales Executive at Nursing Tech Solution, you will be the face of our brand in your assigned territory. Your primary role will be to identify, approach, and convert potential customers—ranging from hospitals and clinics to individual clients—into long-term partners. This involves direct, face-to-face interactions, building trust, and offering customized solutions from our wide range of healthcare products and services.

Key Responsibilities


Customer Acquisition


Identify and approach potential customers in your assigned region, including healthcare institutions, pharmacies, nursing homes, and private practitioners.


Generate new sales leads through cold calls, visits, networking events, and referrals.


Present Nursing Tech Solution’s product and service offerings in a compelling manner, tailored to customer needs.



Sales Presentations & Demonstrations


Conduct product demonstrations for decision-makers and end-users to showcase functionality and benefits.


Provide accurate and up-to-date product information to build trust and credibility.



Negotiation & Closing


Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules in alignment with company policies.


Close sales deals effectively while ensuring mutual satisfaction.



Relationship Management


Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.


Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and service requests.



Market Intelligence


Gather information on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.


Share insights with the sales and marketing teams to improve strategies.



Reporting & Documentation


Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and follow-ups using the company’s reporting tools.


Submit regular progress reports to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications & Skills


Education:


Minimum: Higher Secondary (12th Pass)


Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any healthcare-related field.



Experience:


Freshers are welcome; prior experience in field sales or healthcare sales is an advantage.



Skills Required:


Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.


Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.


Negotiation and problem-solving skills.


High motivation and goal-oriented mindset.


Basic understanding of healthcare products is a plus (training will be provided).



Other Requirements:


Own a smartphone for daily reporting and communication.
