Job Opportunity: Sales Execuve at Nag Fastening Systems
Nag Fastening Systems is a leading distributor for a premier global solder consumables brand. Based
near the central hub of Shan Nagar, Bangalore, we are looking for a high-energy, driven Sales
Execuve to join our team and help us expand our B2B footprint in the electronics manufacturing
and assembly sector.
The Role
As a Sales Execuve, you will be the face of Nag Fastening Systems. You will be responsible for
idenfying new business opportunies, managing client relaonships, and driving the sales of highquality
soldering soluons to industrial and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilies
Business Development: Idenfy and reach out to potenal B2B clients within Bangalore and
surrounding industrial hubs.
Client Meengs: Conduct on-site demonstraons and technical discussions regarding our
global solder consumables.
Relaonship Management: Maintain and nurture exisng accounts to ensure repeat
business and high customer sasfacon.
Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objecves through proacve market
engagement.
Reporng: Maintain accurate records of sales acvies and pipeline updates.
Requirements & Qualificaons
Educaon: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (Graduaon completed).
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales. Previous experience in B2B sales is highly
preferred.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Kannada is essenal for effecve communicaon
with our diverse client base.
Mobility: Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for daily field visits.
Tech Savvy: Ability to handle basic sales reporng and professional email correspondence.
Compensaon & Benefits
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Negoable based on experience, skill set, and
interview performance).
Incenves: Performance-linked incenves (to be discussed during the interview).
Locaon: Shan Nagar, Bangalore (Field-based role).
