Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting clients, and achieving sales targets through direct field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to identify and acquire new customers.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Present and promote products/services to prospective clients.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, and conversions.

• Follow up with clients for payments and feedback.

• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales or marketing.

• Must own a bike and valid driving license.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

• Local area knowledge of Prakash Nagar and surroundings preferred.

Education Qualification:

• Any Graduate or Diploma holder.
