Role Summary
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for on-ground sales activities, property acquisition, property listings, and property management coordination. The role involves visiting sites, generating leads, managing relationships with property owners, dealers, and clients, supporting property management operations, and contributing to property sales and closures.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with property owners, dealers, brokers, tenants, and clients.
Visit properties for listing, verification, inspection, and management-related activities.
Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
Explain property details, pricing, and company services to clients.
Arrange and manage property site visits.
Support property sales, leasing, and deal closures.
Collect property data, photographs, and required documentation.
Assist in property management activities, including owner coordination, tenant support, and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate property records and ensure timely updates on the platform.
Maintain daily activity, property management, and sales reports.
Requirements & Skills
1–3 years of experience in field sales, real estate, or property management.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of the local property market is preferred.
Ability to work independently in the field.
Smartphone proficiency (calls, camera, apps).
Two-wheeler with a valid license preferred.
