We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a Field Sales Executive – Document Pickup to assist in client documentation collection and improve customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Visit customers’ locations to collect required documents for loan processing (Personal, Car, Business, Gold Loans).
Ensure proper documentation is collected in a timely and accurate manner.
Coordinate with customers to schedule document pickup at their convenience.
Maintain a detailed log of all customer interactions, document pickup status, and any pending documents.
Assist in explaining the required documentation process to customers, if needed.
Provide excellent customer service during the document collection process.
Follow up with customers to ensure all necessary documents are submitted for loan approval.
Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication skills in Hindi/English (Punjabi is a plus).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid driver’s license and own mode of transport (preferred).
Experience in a similar field sales or customer-facing role is a plus.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.
Ability to follow up professionally with customers and resolve any queries related to document collection.
Customer-focused, with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Freshers willing to learn and grow in the financial services sector are welcome to apply.
