On-field Sales Executive
Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and driven On-Field Sales Executives to join our sales team in the HoReCa segment (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés/Catering). The ideal candidates will be responsible for visiting establishments within the HoReCa industry, promoting our products/services, building lasting relationships with decision-makers, and regularly generating orders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering services, and other food service establishments daily to promote our product range.
• Clearly explain product features, pricing, and benefits tailored to the needs of HoReCa clients.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with purchasing managers and business owners.
• Achieve monthly sales targets by securing consistent orders from new and existing clients.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate products or solutions.
• Maintain a database of client visits, feedback, and sales through daily reporting.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the HoReCa, food service, FMCG, or B2B sales sectors.
• Strong understanding of the HoReCa industry and its buying patterns.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Must own a two-wheeler (preferred) and hold a valid driving license.
• Basic smartphone proficiency for reporting and CRM tools.
