Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our market
presence in Chandigarh. This role focuses on identifying and engaging with architects,
builders, and developers involved in luxury and premium construction projects, facilitating
the introduction of MO Design's offerings to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify ongoing and upcoming luxury or premium construction projects.
Establish and nurture relationships with architects, builders, and developers.
Provide qualified leads to the Business Development Manager for follow-up and
conversion.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status.
Work closely with the BDM to align on strategies and objectives.
Candidate Requirements:
Male candidates preferred due to field-intensive nature of the role.
Must hold a valid driving license.
Familiarity with Chandigarh regions.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with regular travel.
Prior experience in construction, furnishing, or interiors (preferred but not
mandatory).
