📍Key Responsibilities
Achieve assigned sales targets within the territory.
Promote products through scientific detailing to doctors.
Build and maintain relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, and distributors.
Ensure product availability and effective market coverage.
Execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
Submit DCRs and other sales reports on time.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Organize CMEs, doctor meetings, and promotional events.
Follow ethical pharmaceutical sales practices at all times.
📍 Eligibility Criteria
✔ 1 Year to 2 years of continuous experience in Pharmaceutical Sales.
✔ General Therapy experience is mandatory.
✔ Maximum Age: 30 Years.
✔ Must be a local candidate for the respective headquarters.
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
✔ Comfortable working under sales targets and deadlines.
✔ Willing to work in a launching territory and travel extensively.
✔ Quick learner with a positive attitude and growth mindset.
