Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Field Sales Executive to expand our presence across the Kosi Belt. You will be responsible for meeting architects, builders, contractors, and end customers to promote our products, generate leads, and close sales. This role requires frequent travel across Bhagalpur, Purnea, Katihar, and nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients (builders, architects, interior designers, homeowners, etc.)

• Visit construction sites and offices to pitch Mithila Window products.

• Explain product features, benefits, and customization options.

• Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into confirmed orders.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Report daily/weekly sales activities to the manager.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to regional growth.

• Collect market feedback and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of field sales experience (preferably in construction, building materials, hardware, or interiors).

• Must be willing to travel across the Kosi region.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred).

• Candidates with their own vehicle will be preferred (Travel allowances applicable).
