Swami Energy Solar is looking for motivated and result- oriented Field sales executive to promote and sell solar rooftop and solar energy solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers at site, explaining solar system benefits solar systems, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers for residential, commercial, and industrial solar rooftop systems.
Visit customer sites to understand power requirements and feasibility.
Explain solar system working, financial benefits, ROI, and government subsidies.
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and local marketing activities.
Prepare and present customized solar proposals.
Follow up with customers and close sales deals.
Coordinate with technical and installation teams for smooth project execution.
Maintain daily sales reports and customer data.
Stay updated with solar industry trends, MNRE policies, and net metering rules.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0.5 - 1 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
