Job Description

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team at Midasian . for Scaffolding / Building Material Sales. The candidate should be confident in field sales, client meetings, lead generation, and closing deals. Experience in construction material, hardware, scaffolding, steel, cement, or industrial product sales will be preferred.

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹50,000 In-hand + Incentives + Travel Allowance

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit builders, contractors, construction sites, factories, and project locations for business development.

• Generate new leads and convert inquiries into sales.

• Promote scaffolding products on rent / sale basis.

• Build strong relationships with contractors, builders, and project managers.

• Handle quotations, negotiations, and payment follow-ups.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily reports.

• Coordinate with operations team for timely delivery and pickup.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Experience: 1 to 5 years in Field Sales preferred

• Must have bike and valid driving license

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of hardware / building material market preferred
