Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell solar energy solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective clients, conducting site visits, presenting solar solutions, and achieving sales targets while building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and networking.
Generate and qualify leads for solar rooftop systems and other solar energy products.
Conduct customer meetings to understand energy requirements and propose suitable solar solutions.
Perform site surveys and coordinate with technical teams for project feasibility assessments.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in CRM systems.
Coordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Follow up with customers throughout the sales cycle and provide post-sales support.
Stay updated on solar industry trends, government policies, subsidies, and competitor activities.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
