Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves generating leads, meeting clients, and closing sales while maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to achieve sales targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.

• Meet potential customers to present products/services and explain their benefits.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.

• Maintain good relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and customers for sales closure.

• Collect market intelligence and competitor insights to support sales strategy.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales activities and performance.

• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

• Represent the company professionally during client interactions.
  
  Requirements:

  • Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
