Field Sales Executive

Melwach is a growing millet-based healthy snacks brand. We are looking for energetic and hardworking Field Sales Executives to represent Melwach in the market and expand our retail presence.

The candidate will visit grocery stores, supermarkets, general stores and other retail outlets to introduce Melwach products, take orders, ensure proper product placement and build relationships with retailers.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit retail stores and introduce Melwach products.

• Find and onboard new retail outlets.

• Take orders from existing and new retailers.

• Ensure Melwach products are properly displayed in stores.

• Follow up with retailers for repeat orders.

• Collect payments and follow up on outstanding payments.

• Maintain good relationships with shopkeepers and retailers.

• Report daily visits, orders, collections and new outlets.

• Identify new sales opportunities in the assigned area.

• Track competitor products, pricing and market feedback.

• Achieve monthly sales and outlet-opening targets.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG / General Trade / Retail Sales preferred.

• Freshers with good communication and sales ability may also apply.

• Must be comfortable travelling within the assigned area.

• Own 2-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Should be confident speaking with shopkeepers and retailers.

• Should be hardworking, disciplined and target-oriented.

• Basic smartphone skills required.

Preferred candidates: Candidates with experience selling namkeen, snacks, biscuits, packaged foods or other FMCG products.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
