Job Title: (Senior) Field Sales Executive (Fintech & POS Solutions)
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Senior Field Sales Executive to join our growth team. This is not a standard merchant-level sales role; you will be responsible for acquiring and managing Mid-Market and High-End outlets, providing them with cutting-edge POS (Point of Sale) and EDC (Electronic Data Capture) solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the fintech landscape and a proven track record of navigating complex sales cycles with premium retailers, restaurant chains, and luxury showrooms.
Key Responsibilities
● Strategic Prospecting: Identify and map high-potential mid-market and premium outlets within the assigned territory.
● Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive demonstrations of POS/EDC machines, explaining integrated features like EMI options, inventory management, and digital reconciliation.
● Market Penetration: Focus on "High-Street" brands and luxury outlets, moving beyond small-scale merchants to secure high-volume accounts.
● Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with store managers and business owners to ensure product stickiness and upsell opportunities.
● Negotiation & Closing: Handle pricing negotiations and contract closures for multi-terminal setups and enterprise-level accounts.
● Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitor offerings and feedback from the field to help our product team stay ahead of the curve.
Required Qualifications & Skills
● Industry Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of active experience in Field Sales within the Fintech, Digital Payments, or Banking sector.
● Product Knowledge: Mandatory experience selling POS devices, EDC machines, or payment gateways.
● Sales Pedigree: Proven ability to sell to Mid-Market or High-End segments (e.g., shopping malls, premium retail hubs, fine-dining establishments).
● Communication: Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills in English and the local language.
● Technical Savvy: Ability to explain technical product features and troubleshoot basic terminal issues on-site.
● Ownership: A "hunter" mindset with the discipline to manage a daily sales funnel independently.
